1. What the Site is

The Site presents the Avatar Operator™ program — an early-stage, concept-phase VR training platform for the emerging profession of robotic avatar operators. The Site is informational. Training begins in simulation; course availability, hardware compatibility, certification scope, accessibility features and access to physical robotic avatars are under development.

The Site, its content, and the AVATAR OPERATOR™ name and mark belong to Built to Unite Inc. or its licensors. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our written permission.

You agree not to disrupt the Site, probe or overload its infrastructure, submit false or automated form entries, or use the Site in violation of applicable law.

5. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services (hosting, data storage, email delivery). We are not responsible for their availability or acts beyond our control.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built to Unite Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New York County, New York will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms as the project develops; the current version and date appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
