Early Access Terms

These Early Access Terms apply to the early-access application form on avataroperator.com, operated by Built to Unite Inc. They supplement the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
1. What early access is
Early access is a free interest list for the Avatar Operator™ program. By joining, you ask us to keep your contact details and preferences and to inform you about the program's development — including the first VR demonstration and the opening of the Foundation course.
2. What early access is not
- It is not a purchase — no payment or deposit is requested, and nothing is owed by either side.
- It is not enrollment in a course and not a reservation of a place.
- It is not an employment relationship or a promise of future work as a robotic avatar operator.
- It is not a guarantee that any particular course, feature, hardware compatibility, certificate or robot integration will be released, or released on any date.
3. Your confirmation
Submitting the form confirms that you are at least 16 years old, that the information you provided is accurate, and that you agree to the Privacy Policy and these Early Access Terms. The confirmation email you receive acknowledges receipt of your application only; it is not an acceptance into any program.
4. Leaving the list
You can leave the early-access list at any time by writing to office@avataroperator.com. We will remove your record as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Changes
As the program develops, actual courses or services will be offered under their own terms, presented before any purchase. We may update these Early Access Terms; the current version and date appear at the top of this page.
